We went swimming in the back yard yesterday and I took the opportunity to snap some of those much-requested pictures that you guys seem to like. She loves to swim! The pictures look like the water was very cold, but it was actually about 90 degrees. Extremely warm! When we go swimming, Tru calls it a “bath.” Pictures here.

In other news, we’ve figured out why Tru doesn’t look like her daddy. She gets all her looks from Uncle Jack.

Tru got her first real haircut yesterday, which also happened to be her second half-birthday — she’s 18 months now! Her hair looked like a mullet – very long in the back but very short in the front. She watched a Baby Einstein DVD while I cut some of the length off the back. It looks much better now! The picture isn’t a great picture of her, but you can see that her hair is shorter and she actually has a defined style now!

Congrats to our neighbor Adria who is pregnant with twins Ethan and Aiden! Pictures of the baby shower are here. Also, new pics of Tru up here.

I was looking for a website that the Class of 2000 grads were using to keep up with each other, and found that the only one anyone is using is Classmates.com, which costs money. I find that ridiculous, so I made my own! This is not only for 2000 grads, but anyone who graduated from WCHS since it first opened its doors! Just go to WayneCountyHighAlumni.com and add yourself. There are simple instructions on the first page, and I’m going to add a forum/bulletin board soon! Send this to everybody you know who went to WCHS. I’m really looking forward to getting back in touch with everyone!
