    John's truck has sonar, which is very handy! I have one of those laser parking devices I bought on woot.com for $5. When the red dot hits between my washer fluid shooter-outers, I know to stop. lol

    We too, have a garage full-o-crap.

    Robin, this device uses sonar also. It sends a 42khz sound pulse out and measures the time it takes to receive it back. I hadn't thought about installing it on the car instead of in the garage … hmmm …

    i have the same thing in my garage. i made mine out of a piece of yarn, a push pin, and a cork. it hangs from the ceiling.
