Logging GPS in Keith’s RC Plane

We put a custom designed GPS logger in Keith’s rc plane. The cool part of the video starts 2/3 of the way in. I take the logged data and show it in Google Maps and Google Earth.

    Not that I could have developed the GPS but I did think the 3-D image was cool! In fact since it was orange it reminded me of a Halloween project I used to do with students. We put orange yarn in glue, wrapped it around a balloon, let it dry, removed the balloon and decorated the yarn as a pumpkin. Have a great week.
