I could try to come up with some elaborate reason why there is no video post this week but its better to be honest … I just plumb forgot!

Congratulations to Adria and John! Twins Ethan and Aiden were born this morning around 2:00 AM!

Adria was due August first, but as she was expecting twins, it was expected that she would undergo a planned caesarian sometime soon after Monday, July 24th. Ethan and Aiden didn’t want to wait though! Adria went into labor on Tuesday night and the boys were born by caesarian on Wednesday morning!

Aiden was 5 pounds 10 ounces and 18 inches and Ethan was 7 pounds 2 ounces 19 inches. Ethan is still in NICU with slight breathing problems, but Aiden has been cleared to stay in the normal nursery and with his parents when possible!

I have only seen Aiden so far, but I’m sure Ethan is just as beautiful as his brother!

Check out our new layout! Erin finally spent some time putting together a well-made website, instead of that hack job we had going before! We moved the search box to the right, and added a jumpbox where you can quickly choose between categories. Or click “This Site’s Referrers” to see a list of websites that link to thespicelands.com and how many visitors we’ve gotten from them!

We reorganized our photos, so things might not be exactly where you expect them to be the next time you look through our photo gallery, but its more user-friendly now, so hopefully it’ll take our visitors less time to figure out where things are!
